Reminder to re-charge

Extra stress means extra self-care! It is so easy to fall into unstructured hours and screen-time right now, whether for leisure or work, and no matter your age (as you read this on Facebook-haha)! But seriously, it is time to be a little bit selfish and do something for yourself. What speaks to you more, a famous person preaching self-care or the flight attendant going over the safety rules on a plane to always put your oxygen mask on first? Either way, the message is, YOU.
I primarily work with children and teens. Our younger generations are sponges, absorbing everything going on around them during a scary time. Right now, they need you, the adults in their lives, to be fueled and balanced, to provide structure and routine and most importantly, to model love and connection.
This is your friendly reminder to do something for you to recharge and ground yourself in order to be the best version of you for whatever you have to tackle.
